By signing up to be an affiliate for Marketing by Shelby, you agree to the following terms.

Please make sure to specify when sharing your link that it is an affiliate link.
You are not permitted to run paid ads featuring my products; products must be sold organically
If a customer requests a refund for a product purchased, you will not receive affiliate income for that customer
Similarly, any commissions received by referring yourself will not be paid out. You may not refer yourself and receive commission.
Members must refrain from posting images or text constituting ethnic slurs, obscenities, sexually explicit material, inflammatory or derogatory comments, or anything else that may be construed as harassment or offensive
Members must keep log-in information private. Member is responsible for any and all content created under the member’s ID
Rules may be updated at any time by Shelby Leigh
Posts must not promote any of my programs or offers as “get rich quick” schemes
Shelby Leigh or Members may terminate partnership at any time and for any reason. In the case of termination, you must cease all advertising activities. All payments due at that point will be paid at the next billing cycle to Member via Paypal

Additional commission information:

Commission is sent about 30 days after the sale is made, and is sent via Paypal using the email we have on file for you.
If you share the link to a specific product or service, and a customer buys a different product or service you are an affiliate for, you will receive the commission regardless!
